This Thai chicken noodle curry recipe will help you have dinner on the table in no time. The chicken dish is easy to make with only four ingredients needed.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat curry according to packet instructions. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbs vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry veggies for 2 minutes.

Add curry to vegetables and stir to combine.

Add coconut milk and stir over medium-high heat for 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
