- 8 honey soy chicken kebabs
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3centimeters ginger, peeled, finely grated
- 250grams Woolworths COOK stir fry mix superfood vegetables
- 450grams Woolworths microwave steamed long grain white rice
- 1 1/2tablespoons salt-reduced soy sauce
- 1tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced diagonally
Description
Try this 15-minute kebab recipe at your next barbecue – it's so easy to whip up. The tender kebabs are served on a bed of tasty fried rice.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat chargrill over medium heat. Cook kebabs, turning occasionally, for 8 minutes or until chicken is lightly charred and cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry ginger for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until almost tender. Add rice and soy sauce, and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until rice is heated through.

Spoon rice onto a serving platter. Top with kebabs and sprinkle with sesame seeds and onion. Serve.
