  • 1tablespoons oil
  • 500grams chicken breast, sliced thinly
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 bunch broccolini, sliced
  • 3tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2tablespoons cornflour
  • 1/2 bunch green spring onions, sliced thinly

Description

This chicken stir-fry is a great option for a midweek meal. It’s ready in just 25 minutes and features crunchy, green broccolini.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add half the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden. Repeat with remaining chicken add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Transfer to a bowl. Combine Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken, soy sauce and cornflour in a jug, stir well to combine.

Add broccolini to the pan. Cook for 1 min. Pour in stock mixture and bring to the boil. Stir until the liquid starts to thicken. Return cooked chicken and stir through until combined.

Step 3 of 3

Stir through green spring onion and serve with steamed rice.
