  • 400grams turkey
  • 300grams noodles, cooked as per packet instructions
  • 1tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 medium red onion, peeled and sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
  • 100grams bean sprouts
  • 100grams green beans
  • 1 medium capsicum, de-seeded and sliced
  • 4tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1teaspoons paprika

Description

This turkey noodle stir fry combines crunchy veggies, with minced turkey for a quick and easy meal, perfect for midweek.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook the noodles as per pack instructions and then drain and leave to one side. Tear the cooked turkey to shreds or chop into bite size portions.

Step 2 of 3

Heat up a wok with some canola oil and fry the onion, garlic and pepper for 5 minutes. Add the green beans and bean sprouts and fry for 1 more minute.

Step 3 of 3

Add the rest of the ingredients and cook out for a further 7 minutes tossing regularly before serving.
