- 400grams stir fry traditional vegetables
- 2tablespoons soy sauce
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 30grams smokey texan style seasoning
- 650grams chicken thigh fillets, cut into thin strips

Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine chicken with Texan style seasoning in a bowl. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes. Prepare noodles as per packet directions.
Step 2 of 3
Heat half the oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add chicken and cook tossing occasionally, until golden. Transfer to a bowl and cover.
Step 3 of 3
Heat remaining oil in frying pan. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until just tender. Add noodles and soy. Return chicken to pan and toss to combine. Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve.
