- 200grams snow peas, trimmed cut into matchsticks
- 3 shallots, cut into matchsticks
- 440grams fresh hokkien noodles
- 125grams baby corn
- 350grams lean pork stir-fry strips
- 2teaspoons vegetable oil
- 275grams honey sesame stir-fry sauce

Method
Step 1 of 3
Cut shallots into 4cm lengths. Cut carrot into matchsticks. Slice snow peas into 2 or 3 pieces on the diagonal. Cut baby corn in half lengthways.

Heat wok or frying pan over a high heat. Add oil. Cook pork in batches, for 2-3 mins or until golden brown. Remove from wok. Add vegetables to wok and toss over heat for 1 minute. Add 1 tablespoon of water, cover and cook for 1 minute until vegetables are just tender.
Step 3 of 3
Prepare noodles as per packet instructions. Return pork to pan with stir-fry sauce and noodles and toss until well combined and heated through.
