- 1/3 cup char siu sauce
- 440grams thin egg noodles, cooked according to packet instructions (or steamed rice, to serve)
- 150grams green beans, trimmed, halved
- 150grams snow peas, trimmed, halved diagonally
- 5 green shallots, thinly sliced
- 600grams pork stir fry strips
- 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil

Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat a wok over a high heat. Add 1 teaspoon oil and swirl around wok.
Step 2 of 4
Cook pork strips in batches for 1-2 minutes or until golden, adding a little more if necessary. Transfer to a large plate.
Step 3 of 4
Add green shallots, beans and snow peas to wok and stir fry for 1 minute. Add 1 tablespoon water and cover. Cook for 1 minute.
Step 4 of 4
Add char siu sauce, 2 tablespoons of water, walnuts with pork. Toss until well combined and heated through. Spoon noodles onto serving plates. Top with stir-fry and serve immediately.
