- 2teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 2teaspoons ginger, grated
- 200grams simply stir-fry traditional vegetables
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted (to garnish)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- rice, steamed (to serve)
- 2teaspoons oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1tablespoons honey
- 250grams cooked leftover steak
Method
Step 1 of 2
Thinly slice steak. Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add oil, onion, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add steak (see tip), spring onion and vegetables and toss over high heat for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are just tender and steak has reheated.
Step 2 of 2
Stir soy, honey, oil and chilli together. Add to wok and toss well to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with steamed rice.
