  • 2teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • 2teaspoons ginger, grated
  • 200grams simply stir-fry traditional vegetables
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted (to garnish)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • rice, steamed (to serve)
  • 2teaspoons oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1tablespoons honey
  • 250grams cooked leftover steak

Method

Step 1 of 2

Thinly slice steak. Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add oil, onion, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add steak (see tip), spring onion and vegetables and toss over high heat for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are just tender and steak has reheated.

Step 2 of 2

Stir soy, honey, oil and chilli together. Add to wok and toss well to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with steamed rice.
