- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 bunch silverbeet, stalks removed, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
- 2 cups rice, steamed (to serve)
- 500grams beef stir fry stips
- 3 stick celery, sliced diagonally
- 2tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup black bean sauce
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat a wok over high heat. Add vegetable oil and swirl to coat wok. Add a quarter of beef and stir-fry for 2 mins or until browned. Transfer to a plate. Cook remaining portions of beef, adding oil as required.
Step 2 of 4
Add onion, garlic, celery and broccolini to wok. Stir-fry for 2 mins. Add 2 tbs of water. Cover for 1-2 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Step 3 of 4
Return beef to wok with silverbeet and black bean sauce. Toss until well combined. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins or until silverbeet is just wilted.
Step 4 of 4
Serve immediately with steamed rice.
