  • 1 green capsicum, sliced
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 1packets leafy mix salad
  • 2 onions
  • 1 spring onion (optional)
  • 1packets sauce mongolian lamb ready
  • 300grams noodles, cooked (to serve)
  • 2 cup jasmine rice (to serve)
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 500grams lamb diced

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in wok. Add onion and stir fry for 4 minutes or until cooked. Slice lamb and stir fry for 4 minutes or until cooked.

Step 2 of 3

Add capsicum, chilli and spring onions and packet of ready sauce for Mongolian lamb, stir fry for 1 minute or until sauce thickens.

Step 3 of 3

Serve with noodles.
