  • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
  • 500grams hokkien noodles
  • 1tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 420grams ready to stir-fry vegetables
  • 120grams baby kale
  • 3teaspoons black sesame seeds, toasted (to serve)
  • 500grams beef stir fry
  • 2teaspoons vegetable oil

Method

Step 1 of 4

Prepare noodles following packet directions. Combine marinade and vinegar in a bowl. Add the beef strips and toss to combine.

Step 2 of 4

Heat wok over high heat until hot. Swirl 1 teaspoon of oil around wok and add beef, in batches, stir-frying for 2 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 3 of 4

Reheat wok. Add remaining oil until hot. Add vegetable mix and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add kale and 2 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for 2 minutes or until tender.

Step 4 of 4

Return beef, marinade and noodles to wok. Toss together until well combined and heated through. Serve with sesame seeds sprinkled over.
