- 1 bunch bok choy, trimmed, shredded
- 2 carrots, thinly shredded
- 4 sppring onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup Ayam Honey & Soy Marinade Sauce
- 300grams 2 minute beef noodles (4 packets x 4)
- 500grams beef stir fry
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil

Method
Step 1 of 3
Prepare noodles following packet directions. Set aside and keep warm.
Step 2 of 3
Heat a wok over high heat until hot. Add 1 tsp oil and swirl around wok. Add 1/4 of beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Stir-fry remaining portions of beef, adding more oil, as required.
Step 3 of 3
Reheat wok. Add spring onions (reserving some for garnishing) and carrot. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add bok choy and 2 tbs water. Cover and cook for 2 minutes or until just wilted. Return beef to wok with marinade. Toss for 2 minutes until well combined and heated through. Garnish with spring onion. Serve with noodles.
