- 1/2 punnet crunchy combo sprouts
- 1 punnet snowpea sprouts
- 125grams bean sprouts
- 1/2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 140grams jasmine rice (to serve)
- 1tablespoons light olive oil
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced coarsely
- 1/2 cup honey soy sauce
- 400grams beef strips (rump)

Method
Step 1 of 5
Cook rice according to instructions on packet.
Step 2 of 5
Meanwhile, heat a wok or frying pan until hot then add oil.
Step 3 of 5
Add beef and stir fry until lightly browned. Add onion, celery, crunchy combo and capsicum; stir-fry vigorously for 2 minutes.
Step 4 of 5
Add honey, soy sauce and water if required (water will only be needed if the sauce is not liquid enough), add snow pea sprouts and bean sprouts stir through to combine sauce evenly.
Step 5 of 5
Serve on a bed of rice Asian style.
