- 2teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced diagonally
- 1/4 cup beef stock
- 1tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 2tablespoons soy sauce
- 150grams hard tofu, cubed
- 330grams porterhouse steak, fat trimmed, thinly sliced
- 2teaspoons cornflour
- 2tablespoons peanut oil
- 400grams wholegrain noodles

Method
Step 1 of 4
Place the beef into a bowl with the cornflour, sesame oil and 2 tsp soy sauce. Stir to combine.
Step 2 of 4
Heat half the peanut oil in a wok over high heat. Add half the beef mixture and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until brown. Transfer to a heatproof bowl. Repeat with remaining beef.
Step 3 of 4
In the wok, heat remaining peanut oil over medium heat until just smoking. Add tofu, onion and chilli. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until tofu is heated and golden. Return beef to wok. Add stock and remaining soy. Cook for 2 minutes or until sauce boils and thickens.
Step 4 of 4
Heat noodles following packet directions. Serve stir fry with noodles and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
