- 1tablespoons cornflour
- 2teaspoons sesame oil
- cooked thin hokkien noodles (to serve)
- 1 head broccoli (cut into florets)
- 1 red capsicum, deseeded (sliced)
- 2 carrots (sliced)
- 2 cm piece ginger (grated)
- 125grams snow peas (trimmed)
- 2 spring onions (sliced)
- 1/2teaspoons dried chilli flakes
- 2tablespoons pure honey
- 1tablespoons sesame seeds (toasted)
- 1/2 cup reduced-salt soy sauce
- 400grams pork (cut in strips)
- 1tablespoons peanut oil
Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine soy, honey, cornflour, sesame oil, ginger and chilli in a bowl. Add pork strips and toss to coat.

Heat a wok over high heat. Add peanut oil and pork, reserving the sauce, and cook for 4 minutes or until golden. Add the vegetables (or frozen blanched vegetables) to the pan, tossing often, for 3-4 minutes or until just tender. Add reserved sauce and cook until sauce thickens.

Serve stir-fry with noodles and scatter over sesame seeds and spring onion.
