  • 260grams blade beef, sliced
  • 3 capsicum, roughly chopped
  • 1 shallot, sliced into 3cm length
  • 1tablespoons lee kum kee black bean & garlic sauce
  • 1tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1teaspoons corn flour
  • 1/2teaspoons white sugar
  • 1tablespoons olive oil

Description

Quick and easy. Go well with either rice or noodle.

Method

Step 1 of 7

Gather and prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2 of 7

Marinate beef with soy sauce, corn flour and sugar.

Step 3 of 7

Heat pan and oil with medium heat. Add beef and quickly stir for 3 minutes. While still medium rare, set it aside on plate.

Step 4 of 7

Add capsicum in pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring.

Step 5 of 7

Add back the beef and combine with capsicum.

Step 6 of 7

Add black bean & garlic sauce and stir through.

Step 7 of 7

Turn off heat. Stir in shallot and serve.
