- 500grams hokkien noodles
- 125grams baby corn
- 500grams beef stir-fry strips

Step 1 of 5
Empty hokkien noodles into a large bowl and cover with boiling water to soften.
Step 2 of 5
Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat and when very hot, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and swirl around to coat.
Step 3 of 5
Cook beef stir-fry strips in batches, cooking for 2 minutes until colour has changed. Remove to a plate and repeat with remaining beef.
Step 4 of 5
Add 1 sliced onion and cook for 1 minute. Add half the stir-fry vegetables, baby corn, snow peas and 1 tablespoon of water to wok and cook, tossing frequently for 1 minute until peas are bright green.
Step 5 of 5
Return beef to wok with drained noodles and stir-fry then add honey sesame sauce and toss over heat for 2 minutes until heated through. Serve.
