- 250grams snow peas, trimmed
- 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
- 1/2 small red & yellow capsicums, cut into strips
- 60grams baby spinach leaves
- 1tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
- 1/2 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 cup medium grain brown rice (to serve)
