  • 2 cups Hokkien noodles, to serve
  • 1 bunch broccolini, chopped
  • 300grams Stir Fry Beef
  • 45grams Five Tastes Stir Fry Shot - Chinese Hoisin & Garlic
  • 1tablespoons oil

Description

Try your hand at this Chinese hoisin stir-fry with beef and garlic. No surprises here, this easy 20-minute recipe is a winner when it comes to mid-week meals.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat oil in a non-stick wok or frypan over medium-high heat. Add Stir fry Beef and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Step 2 of 4

Add vegetables to wok and continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes

Step 3 of 4

Stir in contents of Five Tastes Stir Fry Shot and cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately garnished with spring onion slices.

Step 4 of 4

Serve with 440g of noodles (cooked as per the instruction on pack).
