Family meal times have never been easier with a delicious Chinese-inspired stir-fry, made with just four ingredients!

Method

Step 1 of 4

Soak noodles in a bowl of boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Step 2 of 4

Heat a large frying pan or wok over high heat. Add the beef and cook for 5 minutes, tossing occasionally, until browned.

Step 3 of 4

Add the vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Add the stir-fry shot and stir to combine, about 1 minute.

Step 4 of 4

Add the noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes, tossing to combine. Divide among bowls to serve.
