  • 1tablespoons vegetable oil

Description

This chicken stir-fry with noodles couldn’t be easier. With just four steps and four ingredients, it's the perfect weeknight dinner recipe.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water, then stand for 3 minutes or until softened. Drain. Separate noodles with a fork.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, heat a wok over high heat. Add half the oil, swirling to coat. Stir-fry half the chicken for 3 minutes or until just cooked through. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with remaining oil and chicken. Add 1 tbs sauce to bowl, tossing to coat. Cover.

Step 3 of 4

Add vegetables to wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until just tender.

Step 4 of 4

Add chicken, noodles and remaining sauce to wok. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until heated through. Divide among bowls and serve.
