  • 400grams simply stir-fry traditional vegetables
  • 450grams microwave white long grain rice
  • 1 1/2tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 515grams KanTong sweet & sour cooking sauce

Heat rice following packet directions.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, heat a wok over high heat. Add 2 tsp oil, swirling to coat. Stir-fry half the chicken for 3 minutes or until just cooked through. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with 2 tsp vegetable oil and remaining chicken.

Heat remaining oil in wok. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until just tender.

Step 4 of 4

Add chicken and sauce to wok. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until heated through. Divide rice among bowls and top with stir-fry. Serve.
