  • 2 little gem lettuce
  • 500grams Cook chicken breast strips Thai style
  • 1/2 cup Praise classic aioli
  • 1tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a greased chargrill pan over high heat. Chargrill wraps for 30 seconds on each side or until golden. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.

Step 2 of 4

Separate lettuce leaves, then wash, dry and roughly tear.

Step 3 of 4

Heat 1 tbs vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through.

Step 4 of 4

Spread one half of each wrap with aioli, then top with lettuce and chicken. Season and serve.
