  • 2teaspoons olive oil
  • 350grams kaleslaw kit
  • 193grams Old El Paso stand ‘n stuff soft tortillas

Description

Fill soft tacos with lean beef mince and kaleslaw for a quick-to-assemble midweek meal that’s ready in 15 minutes.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 140°C/120°C fan-forced. Remove tortillas from packaging and wrap in foil. Bake for 8 minutes or until warm.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mince and cook, breaking up lumps with a wooden spoon, for 5 minutes or until browned. Add spice mix and 3/4 cup water. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.

Step 3 of 4

Place kaleslaw, reserving seed mix, in a bowl. Add dressing from kit and toss to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Remove tortillas from foil. Spoon a little kaleslaw mixture into tortillas, then top with mince and seed mixture from kit. Serve with any remaining kaleslaw.
