- 1 Old El Paso fiery soft taco kit
- 1 avocado (finely sliced)
- 1/2 red cabbage (finely sliced)
- 1 coriander (chopped)
- 1 brown onion (finely chopped)
- 100grams cherry tomatoes (quartered)
- 500grams lean beef mince
- 1tablespoons olive oil

Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook onion until soft. Sizzle and stir beef over high heat about 4 mins. Add fiery taco spice mix and 1/3 cup of water. Bring to boil. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and smells yummy.
Step 2 of 3
Warm soft tacos. Open soft taco pouch, discard freshness sachet. Microwave soft tacos in pouch on high (1200 watts) for 30 seconds (times may vary depending on microwave wattage). Flash in the pan. Heat a pan and brown tortillas for 5 seconds on both sides. Wrap in a tea towel to keep soft.

Load soft tacos with fiery taco beef, avocado, red cabbage, cherry tomatoes, saucy salsa and chopped coriander.
