- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 400grams lean beef mince
- 1teaspoons olive oil
- 12 stand and stuff mini tortillas
- 420grams can medium salsa chilli beanz

Method
Step 1 of 5
Heat oil in a large non-stick pan and cook mince for 5 minutes, or until well browned.
Step 2 of 5

Place a spoonful of chilli bean filling in the base of each warm mini tortilla.
