- 1 avocado, deseeded, diced (to serve)
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced (to serve)
- 1 butter lettuce leaves (to serve)
- 1 small brown onion, grated
- 8 small tortillas
- 1tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 500grams premium beef mince
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg
- 200grams panko breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup tomato red pepper relish (to serve)
- 1 cup tasty cheese, shredded

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine mince, onion, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg and sauces in a large bowl. Season. With wet hands, form tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on a large plate – it will make about 36 meatballs.
Step 2 of 3
Heat half the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. When hot, add half the meatballs and cook, shaking pan occasionally, for 8 minutes or until meatballs are browned. Transfer to a baking tray. Add remaining oil and meatballs to frying pan and cook as above. Transfer to baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 3 of 3
Fill tortillas with lettuce, avocado, tomato, relish and meatballs. Serve.
