Description

Bursting with flavour, this hoisin and garlic chicken stir-fry recipe is ready in just 15 minutes. Perfect for a speedy family midweek dinner.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat rice according to packet instructions.

Step 2 of 4

Heat 2 tbs vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry chicken, in 2 batches, for 4 minutes or until browned.

Step 3 of 4

Add vegetable mix and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables start to soften.

Step 4 of 4

Add stir-fry shots and 2 tbs water, then stir-fry for 1 minute or until chicken is cooked through. Divide rice and stir-fry among bowls, then serve.
