  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 450grams long grain white rice (steamed)
  • 375grams stir-fry rainbow vegetables
  • 1tablespoons olive oil

Description

This tasty chicken stir-fry featuring vibrant veggies will be on the table in a flash.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until well browned.

Step 2 of 4

Add oyster sauce and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute.

Step 3 of 4

Add rainbow vegetables and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

Step 4 of 4

Meanwhile, vent rice packet and microwave on high for 2 ½ minutes as per packet instructions. Top rice with vegetables and serve.
