- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 red capsicum, deseeded, diced
- 2 carrot, peeled, sliced
- 2 cm piece ginger, grated
- 1 onion, sliced
- 100grams snow peas, trimmed
- 500grams chicken breast fillet, sliced
- 1/4teaspoons chilli flakes
- 1 1/2tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup salt reduced soy sauce
- 1 broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 cup jasmine rice, steamed (to serve)
- 1tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1tablespoons peanut oil

Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine chicken, soy, honey, onion, garlic, ginger and chilli in a snap lock bag. Seal and rub together to combine ingredients and coat chicken. Remove as much air from the bag as possible and reseal. Label and date bag and refrigerate overnight to marinate. Transfer to freezer, lying flat to reduce space. Freeze for up to 3 months.
Step 2 of 3
Place veggies and seeds into second bag. Seal. Freeze for up to 3 months.
Step 3 of 3
Defrost bag with chicken in fridge overnight. Heat a wok over high heat. Add oil. Transfer chicken to wok, reserving marinade. Stir-fry in batches, tossing often, for 4-5 minutes or until golden. Add frozen vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Add reserved marinade to wok. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
