- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1 large carrot, peeled, halved lengthways and thinly sliced
- 4 green shallots, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup salted cashews
- 8 chicken kebabs (Honey Soy, Smokey Barbecue, Satay or Barbecue Plum)
- 125grams baby corn, halved lengthways
- 440grams thin egg noodles, cooked according to packet instructions (to serve)
- 2teaspoons vegetable oil

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat grill on high. Place kebabs onto a baking tray. Cook under hot grill for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway.

Meanwhile, heat a wok over a high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat.
Step 3 of 4
Add shallots and carrots and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add asparagus and corn. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add 1 tablespoon of water to wok and cover.
Step 4 of 4
Cook for 2 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Stir through cashew nuts. Serve vegetables with kebabs and noodles.
