  • 3 Chinese sausages, sliced
  • 200grams dried flat rice noodles
  • 1 1/2 cup bean shoots, trimmed
  • 3 long red chillies, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 4 spring onions, cut into 4cm pieces
  • 1/2 cup Ayam Honey & Soy Marinade Sauce
  • 500grams garlic green prawns
  • 2 eggs
  • 2tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place noodles in a large bowl. Cover with boiling water and stand for 10 minutes or until soft. Drain.

Step 2 of 3

Heat a wok over a high heat. Add 2 tsp oil and swirl around wok. Stir-fry prawns in 2 portions until just cooked. Transfer to a bowl. Reheat wok and add remaining oil, spring onion, chilli and sausage. Stir fry for 1 minute.

Step 3 of 3

Return prawns to wok with noodles. Toss to combine. Whisk eggs and sauce together and add to wok. Toss until mixture is well combined and egg is cooked. Add bean shoots and toss until combined. Serve.
