Sauce
  • 1tablespoons kecap manis
  • 1tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1teaspoons light soy sauce
  • 1tablespoons sesame oil
  • 170grams instant noodles
  • 2tablespoons oil
  • 300grams peeled raw prawns, peeled, deveined
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 onion, quartered
  • 150grams snow peas, trimmed
  • 2 bok choy, washed and trimmed
  • 24milliliter Tabasco Sriracha Sauce

Description

This prawn noodle stir fry combines juicy seafood and crunchy Asian veggies with a spicy sriracha sauce. Take your instant noodles to another level with this quick and easy dish.

Method

Step 1 of 6

In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

Step 2 of 6

Cook instant noodles without seasoning packet as directed on the package. Drain and set aside.

Step 3 of 6

In a large fry pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add prawns, season with salt & pepper, cook until they change colour. Set aside.

Step 4 of 6

In the same fry pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over low-medium heat. Stir-fry garlic, along with onions, until soft.

Step 5 of 6

Add snow peas and bok choy, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Toss in noodles, prawns and sauce, stir everything together until sauce is evenly mixed.

Step 6 of 6

Serve with a drizzle of Tabasco® Sriracha Sauce to taste.
