  • 2teaspoons fresh root ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 300grams stir-fry vegetables, pack ready-prepared
  • 1 bunch pak choy, halved and leaves separated
  • 175grams cooked king prawns, peeled
  • 50grams crab meat (mixed white and dark)
  • 2tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 leaves coriander, chopped (to garnish)

Description

This Asian prawn crab stir fry recipe combines plump juicy seafood with crunchy veggies tossed in a sweet chilli sauce. A quick and easy dish best served with rice.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan, add the ginger and cook for a few seconds. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 4 minutes.

Step 2 of 2

Add the prawns and cook for 1 minute, then add the crab meat and cook and toss over a high heat for 2-3 minutes until piping hot. Add the soy sauce and chilli sauce and toss again to coat. Serve scattered with coriander.
