- 1kilograms green king prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
- 150grams snow peas, thinly sliced lengthways
- 250grams cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed, cut into thirds
- 1 large lime juiced
- 1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 125grams garlic butter
- 1tablespoons olive oil
- 3teaspoons caster sugar
- 170grams crusty baguette

Step 1 of 2
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Cut baguette into long thin diagonal slices. Reserve 20g of the garlic butter. Spread remainder onto one side of each bread slice and place onto tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crisp.

Meanwhile, combine chilli sauce, lime juice and sugar in a jug. Heat oil and reserved butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. When butter has melted, add prawns and cook for 3 minutes or until changed colour. Add broccolini and cook for 2 minutes. Add snow peas and tomato to sauce mixture. Toss to combine. Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve with garlic toast.
