Description
Steaming is the perfect way to infuse white fish with flavour and cook without using oil.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Place the pak choi, spring onions and tenderstem broccoli in the base of a large steamer and place haddock fillets on top. Place lime slices, ginger matchsticks and sliced chilli on the fish fillets.
Step 2 of 4
Cover the steamer with a tight lid and place over a pan of boiling water. Steam for 10-12 minutes or until the haddock is cooked through and no longer translucent.
Step 3 of 4
Whisk together the soy sauce and toasted sesame oil.
Step 4 of 4
Serve the haddock and vegetables with wholegrain rice, a drizzle of the soy and sesame sauce and chopped coriander scattered on top.
