Description
This quick and easy prawn stir fry can be ready in minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat the oil in a large wok on high heat and tip in half of the spring onions, garlic and ginger paste and chilli. Cook for 2 minutes, add the tamarind paste, lime juice, soy sauce and mixed vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 2 of 2
Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Serve with fresh coriander and sliced spring onions on top.
