Description

This quick and easy sesame and lime trout dish is a delicious way to enjoy fish for dinner.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pre-heat the grill to medium high. Spread half of the teriyaki sauce on the trout fillets and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Grill for 6-8 minutes, until cooked through.

Step 2 of 3

Heat the oil in a large wok and stir fry the spring onions and capsicums for 3 minutes. Tip the stir fry mix in and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in the rest of the teriyaki sauce and the noodles and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Serve the trout fillets on the stir fried vegetable and noodle mix with a lime wedge on the side.
