  • 500grams brussels sprouts, trimmed and shredded
  • 2tablespoons canola oil
  • 300grams mix vegetable stir fry
  • 4 spring onions, sliced, green tops reserved
  • 2 chilli garlic sauce
  • 5centimeters ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1tablespoons miso paste
  • 1tablespoons maple syrup
  • 300grams noodles, fresh, wok-ready

Description

Swap cabbage for brussels sprouts for an Irish mash with a difference.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat the oil in a large wok on high heat and cook the brussels sprouts, vegetable mix and spring onions for 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Stir in the garlic and chilli paste and ginger and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in the maple syrup and stir in the miso paste. Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Tip in the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until hot. Serve with spring onion tops scattered on top.
