Description
This sweet and sticky noodle dish requires very little effort to put together.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Cook udon noodles according to pack instructions, drain and set aside.
Step 2 of 4
Whisk the vinegar, mirin, soy and brown sauce together in a small bowl and add 1-2 tablespoons of water to loosen.
Step 3 of 4
Heat the oil in a wok on high heat, add the spring onions, mushrooms, garlic and capsicums and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Pour the sauce into the wok, add the noodles and stir fry for 2 minutes. Serve with sliced green spring onion tops.
