  • 2tablespoons sesame oil
  • 400grams mixed beans, drained
  • 1 medium white onion, peeled and finely diced
  • 2 medium capsicum, de-seeded and finely diced
  • 2 medium chillies, de-seeded and sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
  • 400grams noodles, cooked as per packet instructions
  • 1tablespoons chilli flakes
  • 4tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1teaspoons coriander, chopped
  • 1teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1teaspoons spring onion, chopped

Description

This noodle dish packs quite a spicy punch but is balanced well with sweet capsicum.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Heat up a large non-stick pan to a medium heat and then add the sesame oil.

Step 2 of 6

Cook the beans as per tin instructions and then drain and set to one side.

Step 3 of 6

Add the onion, peppers, chillies and garlic to the pan and fry for 4 minutes.

Step 4 of 6

Cook the noodles as per packet instructions and then drain and add to the pan.

Step 5 of 6

Add the beans to the pan with the chilli flakes and soy sauce.

Step 6 of 6

Fry and combine all ingredients while tossing for 3 minutes before serving.
