- 2tablespoons sunflower oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 400grams asparagus
- 8 spring onions, sliced diagonally
- 400grams straight-to-wok udon noodles
- 5tablespoons oyster sauce
- 5tablespoons water
Description
This vegetable stir fry recipe fuses soft Japanese udon noodles with a Chinese inspired sauce with tender asparagus and spring onion. A speedy dinner that can be on the table in five minutes.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the garlic and asparagus tips and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Step 2 of 2
Add the spring onions, noodles, oyster sauce and water and toss together. Stir-fry for a further 2 minutes, then serve immediately.
