  • 120grams Nongshim Shin Ramyun Noodle Soup

Description

Discover the taste of Asia with Nongshim's boldy flavoured Shin Ramyun noodles. Ready in 20 minutes, this delicious recipe makes entertaining a breeze.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Separate white and green parts of the onion. Thinly slice the white part. Soak in iced water. Cut the green part into 5cm lengths.

Step 2 of 4

Heat half of the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add onion greens and garlic, then cabbage, and cook for 10 seconds or until fragrant. Add chilli powder, soup and vegetable sachets, and remaining oil. Cook for a further 20 seconds or until fragrant.

Step 3 of 4

Add 2  cups water and bring to the boil. Add the noodles and boil for 4 minutes and 30 seconds, or until tender.

Step 4 of 4

Transfer to a serving bowl. Drain onion whites and arrange on top of noodles. Serve.
