Description

This pak choi recipe fuses chilli and ginger to create a spicy yet aromatic side dish perfect for Asian cuisine.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat until the oil starts to shimmer. Add the chilli, ginger and salt and stir-fry for 15 seconds.

Step 2 of 2

Tip the pak choi into the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add the water and continue stirring until the pak choi is tender and the water has evaporated. Toss in the sesame oil and serve immediately.
