  • 1tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1tablespoons onion powder
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1teaspoons chilli flakes (optional)
  • 1 1/2tablespoons sesame seeds
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1tablespoons soy sauce

Description

Perfect side dish for any meat or stir fry dish.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Wash the green beans and trim the ends. Then heat a grill pan, and add the sesame oil.

Step 2 of 5

Once heated, place green beans and fresh garlic, as well as the onion powder. Cook for a few minutes.

Step 3 of 5

Then add the soy sauce, the salt and the chilli flakes and cook for two more minutes.

Step 4 of 5

Once the green beans are looking a bit more charred, add the sesame seeds and cook to your desired texture (I like mine with a bit of crunch).

Step 5 of 5

Serve with a dish that needs more greens.
