  • 100grams white fish fillet, sliced
  • 1/4 red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 handful baby spinach leaves
  • 1 splash lemon infused oil
  • 1teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Description

Done in a flash, with sides of your choice, maybe rice or noodles.
Instruction tip
Serve with rice or noodles and any extra vegetable you like.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat the oil in a frypan, about a minute.

Step 2 of 3

Toss slices of fish in toasted sesame seeds and into oil to cook about 1 minute each side. If your fish is thicker maybe 2 minutes each side. You can throw in the capsicum at the same time

Step 3 of 3

Toss in the spinach leaves and wilt for just 30 seconds at most.
