  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves, torn
  • 2 spring onions, diagonally sliced
  • 1/2 Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 300grams frozen prawn hargow
  • 1tablespoons caster sugar

Method

Step 1 of 4

Toss cabbage, shoots, carrot, spring onion and herbs together in a bowl.

Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl, stirring, until sugar dissolves.

Step 3 of 4

Boil hargow for 8 minutes or until tender. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Sprinkle hargow with sesame seeds and serve with salad.
