  • 36 cooked tiger prawns, peeled, deveined
  • 1tablespoons tabasco sauce
  • 1 avocado, peeled, sliced
  • 1teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 2tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1/2 sweet crunch lettuce, shredded

Method

Step 1 of 2

To prepare the cocktail sauce, combine mayonnaise, sauces and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Step 2 of 2

Place lettuce into serving bowls. Top with prawns and avocado. Drizzle with cocktail sauce and top with chives.
