Method

Step 1 of 1

Melt 50g unsalted butter in a frying pan over medium high heat. Add 1/2 tsp ground paprika and 1 cup panko breadcrumbs and stir frequently until golden. Remove from heat and stir in 1 tbs chopped parsley and 1 tsp grated lemon rind. Cool. Spoon gremolata over 12 shucked oysters and serve.
