  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 lime, wedges (to serve)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 15grams baby rocket leaves
  • 8 bocconcini, halved
  • 1 long fresh red chilli, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Method

Step 1 of 1

Process parsley, garlic and oil in a processor until finely chopped. Drizzle half over cooked pizza base (recipe below). Top with prawns, bocconcini, avocado, onion, rocket and chilli. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle with remaining oil mixture and serve with lime wedges.
